The second ISCR Annual Conference will take place in Padua from June 19 to 23, 2024. We are thrilled to collaborate with the International Society for Contemplative Research, Mind and Life Europe, and the University of Padua in organizing and presenting this event.

The conference will offer a rich interdisciplinary dialogue that brings together clinical and neuroscientific approaches, philosophy, religious studies, psychology, pedagogy, and education, in a rigorous study of the profound insights from the world’s major contemplative traditions, with the aim of integrating them into contemporary societies. Panel discussions and keynote talks will alternate with parallel sessions, guided meditation sessions, poster presentations, and convivial meals; a deep listening concert is also part of the program.

The conference will be held in English. However, simultaneous interpretation from English to Italian will be available remotely for all plenary sessions and for the parallel sessions held in the main plenary hall only. Please note that the pre- and post-conference activities will not be translated, as they are interactive workshops.
It is possible to register for the entire conference on-site. Alternatively, you may register for a single day of your choice.
