Collaborations
The Research Center of the Italian Buddhist Union collaborates internationally with universities, cultural institutions, foundations, networks and organizations active in the fields of contemplative research, philosophy, education, science and spirituality. These collaborations take place in various ways, including the joint design of courses and training programs, research support, the creation and publication of scientific content, and the co-organization of events and initiatives in the fields related to the activities of the Research Center.
International Networks and Research Organizations
A partnership for the development of the Contemplative Studies sector in Europe. The collaboration includes the organization of workshops and conferences, the development of research projects, the support of networks and events relevant to the field of Contemplative Studies, as well as important advocacy initiatives.
Universities and Academic Institutions
A collaboration for the running of the two-year Postgraduate Program in Contemplative Studies at the Department of Philosophy, Sociology, Pedagogy and Applied Psychology (FISPPA) of the University of Padua. The Research Center is collaborating in the design of the curriculum and related tutoring, offers scholarships, and promotes the organization of educational and scientific activities in the field of Contemplative Studies.
A collaboration with the Center for Buddhist Studies (Asia, Africa and Mediterranean Department) of the University of Naples L’Orientale for the organization of workshops, conferences and seminar activities in the field of Buddhist Studies.
A collaboration for the design of training and research activities at the intersection of Buddhist contemplative traditions and contemporary challenges. The Research Center is collaborating with Sera Jey Monastic University to design the Three-Year Program in Logic and Debate and as well as supporting the research activities of the Sera Jey Science Center.
