Artificial Intelligence and Religions: The HARMONIA.ORG Participatory Workshop in Turin

On January 28, 2026, HARMONIA.ORG will take place in Turin: a participatory workshop promoted within the framework of the RESAIL research project, Religions, Eschatologies & Soteriologies in Artificial Intelligence Landscape, coordinated by the University of Turin and funded by Fondazione CRT.

The initiative consists of an interactive simulation conceived as an interdisciplinary and multi-stakeholder serious game, dedicated to analysing the relationship between religions, digital platforms, and artificial intelligence. The workshop aims to critically explore the opportunities, risks, and dilemmas connected to the development of interfaith digital platforms, with particular attention to issues of AI governance, equity, regulation, and the transformations of religions in the artificial age.

HARMONIA.ORG is conceived as a protected space for reflection and experimentation, where religious communities, researchers, and students can engage with plausible future scenarios and collectively examine the ethical, social, and symbolic implications of technological innovation in the religious sphere.
